Callers Can't Leave Voicemail Messages
  1. Make sure that your voicemail is not deactivated and that it has been set up properly. See Knowledge Base article 29181 if you need additional instructions.

  2. If you hear a recorded message that the voicemail platform is down, call EarthLink Technical Support for more help. You may dial 611 from your EarthLink Voice phone to reach our phone menu.

  3. Verify that the caller has not been added to your blocked caller list. See Knowledge Base article 28901 if you need additional instructions.

  4. The voicemail inbox will only hold 20 minutes of messages. Any messages left after you reach this limit will not be received. To remove messages from your mailbox, see Knowledge Base article 29811.
