Download Center
The download center on your Support Center offers many free downloads including the latest version of TotalAccess and the EarthLink Email Setup Tool. You can also preview many of the EarthLink Extra features. Click Download Center to open the Download Center on your Support Center.
Photo Center
Whether you use a camera phone or a digital camera, EarthLink makes it easy for you to get quality digital camera prints on Kodak paper. You can also get your film developed and your photos scanned into an online account. Click Photo Center to visit the EarthLink Photo Center powered by Snapfish.
Check for Updates
EarthLink periodically makes updates available for the latest version of TotalAccess.
To install updates:
- Click Check for Updates. The TotalAccess Updates window will open.
- Click Show Updates and each available update will be listed with a short description.
- Click Add next to the updates you wish to install. Certain updates must be installed separately from other updates and will be noted as such.
- Click Next and each selected update will be listed.
- Click Install Now to install all selected updates.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
To download individual updates to install at a later time.
- Click Check for Updates. The TotalAccess Updates window will open.
- Click Show Updates and each available update will be listed with a short description.
- Click Add next to the updates you wish to install. Certain updates must be installed separately from other updates and will be noted as such.
- Click Next and each selected update will be listed.
- Click Download next the desired listing. The Save As window will appear.
- Select where you want to save the update file on your computer and click Save.
- Locate and double-click the file when you are ready to install the update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Personal Webspace (FTP)
Each EarthLink email address comes with 10MB of Web space. Click Personal Webspace (FTP) to open your EarthLink Web space manager.
EarthLink Site Builder
In addition to the free Web space, EarthLink also offers a free tool to help you create your site. With the Trellix Site Builder, no HTML or other coding experience is required. Click EarthLink Site Builder to start creating your personal site.
Save with Sprint Home Service
As an EarthLink customer, you can save on your long distance service with a special offer from Sprint. Click Save with Sprint Home Service to learn about the available residential calling plans.
Instant Messaging
Instant messaging (IM) is a popular method of communicating online. It lets you trade real-time text messages with your family, friends, and business associates. Click Instant Messaging to learn more and download an EarthLink compatible messaging program.
Internet Options
You can modify many properties within your Web browser from colors and fonts to privacy and security settings. Click Internet Options to open the Internet options* window in your browser. (*This window is called Internet Properties in Internet Explorer, and Preferences in Netscape.)
