Summary

EarthLink offers an Ad-Free Web Mail monthly service to all access customers*. This service allows you to turn off advertising in Web Mail for all mailboxes owned by that user - whether the mailboxes are current or created in the future. The price of the service is the same regardless of the number of mailboxes you have on your account. Ad-Free Web Mail is only available through MyAccount.

*NOTE: Ad-Free Web Mail is not offered for Web Hosting customers.


 

How to Activate Ad-Free Web Mail

 Log into MyAccount with the account information you are checking.

 Click on My Plan Details.

 Find the Ad-Free Web Mail window under Other Available Services.

 To activate Ad-Free Web Mail, click the Enable Now button. 


NOTE:  If the button says Disable Now, Ad-Free Web Mail is already enabled.

Ad-Free Web Mail costs a small fee per month. This is to offset any ad revenue lost by turning off the advertisements in Web Mail.  To activate Ad-Free Web Mail, click the radio button next to Ad-Free Web Mail - $.99/month and then click the Continue button.

 Click the Confirm Changes button to confirm the activation of Ad-Free Web Mail.

 Click OK to finish and return to the MyAccount window.

 You will now notice that Ad-Free Web Mail is included in the list of Subscribed Services in MyAccount.  To Disable Ad-Free Web Mail, simply click the Edit button next to its entry and follow the directions to turn off Ad-Free Web Mail.
