Fraud and Abuse Appeals Policy
EarthLink has a number of processes in place to prevent Fraud and Abuse on its network. If it has been determined that an account is being used for the purposes of spamming, hacking, or violating any portion of the EarthLink Acceptable Use Policy, the account is subject to immediate termination without notification.
EarthLink makes every effort to only terminate accounts that are in violation of the EarthLink Acceptable Use Policy. If you find that your account has been terminated inadvertently, using another account, send an email to abuseappeal@earthlink.net. We will review your request to have the account restored and respond within 24-48 business hours.
