| 1 | Select Menu, Settings, then Accounts & sync. NOTE: For tablet users, select Email from your home screen or Applications then Email. |

| 3 | Select Add account. |
| 4 | Select Mail if prompted to select the type of account you want to add. |
| 5 | In the New account settings menu, enter your EarthLink email address and password. Then select Manual setup. |
| 6 | In the Incoming settings menu, assure that the Protocol is set to POP. Enter the POP server address for your email address (shown above). Ex: pop.earthlink.net. Then enter the Server port number associated with your email address (shown above). Ex: 110. |
| 7 | Select Next. |
| 8 | In the Outgoing server settings menu, enter the SMTP server address for your email address (shown above). Ex: smtpauth.earthlink.net. Then enter the Server port number associated with your email address (shown above). Ex: 587. |
| 9 | Select Next. |
| 10 | Change the Account name to EarthLink and Your name to your name if you'd like. Otherwise, leave it as is if it is filled out already. |
| 11 | Select Finish setup. |
| 12 | You’re done. |
