EarthLink Bulk Mail Policy

EarthLink limits the amount of mail that can be sent from an account in a 24 hour period. If you are using your own mailing list and find that not all of the recipients are receiving your mail, you may receive an email with the following link:

If you wish to be white-listed (have your limit increased), click on the link above and fill out the form in its entirety. Once the form has been filled out in its entirety and submitted, we will review your request and make a decision. Based on past complaints referencing your email address, length of service, content of the mass mailing, and the email reputation as an EarthLink customer, your request may be granted or denied.

Having your address white-listed is not an open invitation to spam.  Even if you have been previously white-listed after filling out the Bulk Mail form, continued complaints to EarthLink Abuse about spam from your address could result in your losing your white-listed status.
