Need help on importing contacts from your other e-mail programs into Web Mail? Follow the steps below:
- Save the contacts you want to import using the CSV (comma separated values) format. Microsoft Outlook®, Yahoo! ® Mail, and other programs support this format.
- Sign in at webmail.earthlink.net with your e-mail address and password.
- Click the Preferences link.
- Click the Address Book tab at the top of the page.
- Click Import Address Book.
- Choose the CSV file you saved (in Step 1) with your old contacts.
- Click the Import Address Book button.
