Open your Internet browser. If this is your first time logging on, you should be directed to: http://192.168.1.1/zCfgPPP.html. If the page does not load, type  http://192.168.1.1/setup into the address bar, and press Enter.

NOTE: If the login prompt doesn't appear after you press Enter, try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that the Ethernet cable from your computer to the modem is in place. See KB article 32426 if you need help connecting the devices properly. (Only connect the modem to the computer)
    2. Try using a different web browser.
    3. Restart your computer. If you still can't get to the login screen after you restart, see KB article 149268 to set up your network control panel to use DHCP and then try again.
    4. Reset the modem by holding down the Reset button on the back of the device for 10 seconds and then try again.

Type your email address in the Email Address field and your password in the Password field then click Next.

The DSL Service Verification page displays once the modem is connected to the Internet.

NOTE: This can also be verified when the Internet indicator light is on and solid.

Click Close Window to complete.
