| 1 | Click the Download button above to download the firmware upgrade program and save it to your Windows Desktop. |
| 2 | Disconnect all wireless routers or other network equipment from your computer. |
| 3 | Connect your PC directly to your Innoband modem. |
| 4 | Turn the modem's power on. |
| 5 | Next to the power cable connection on the back of the modem is a RESET hole. Insert a pin or straightened paperclip hole and hold the button inside down until the lights on the front of the modem flash, then turn off. This will take about 10 seconds. |
| 6 | Double-click the file you just downloaded (8012G1_UpdateFw_3.1.3.2.68.exe) to begin upgrading the firmware on your modem. From this point on, DO NOT turn off your computer or modem until the upgrade has completed. |
| 7 | A WinZip self-extraction window will open. Click OK. |
| 8 | Click Unzip on the next window, which asks you to select a destination folder. The program will run automatically, so you don't need to select a folder to save it to. |
| 9 | The WinZip success window will appear. Click OK |
| 10 | The firmware upgrade program will run automatically, and you'll see the Update Firmware window. Click Update |
| 11 | The firmware upgrade will begin and you'll see the following message: |
| 12 | When the upgrade has finished, you'll see the following window: |
| 13 | Your firmware has now been upgraded. To exit the window above, click OK |
