Summary
Use the following steps to configure the Innoband (Broadxent) BritePort 8012-G1 Modem for bridge mode. This allows for the use of a router to authenticate via PPPoE, while disabling it in the Innoband modem. This way multiple computers can share the service. - Carefully inset the point of a small paperclip into the Reset opening on the back of the modem.
- Hold in place until all the lights on the modem shut off.
- Release the button and wait until the Power, Ethernet and DSL to light up. The Internet should be off, if it is on, reset again holding down until all lights turn off, then release.

The device is now ready to be used with a router.
