Summary

What is Enhanced Call Forwarding?

Enhanced Call Forwarding allows you to choose up to five different numbers where you might be reached. If you subscribe to Enhanced Call Forwarding, then when a new call comes in, EarthLink Voice will try each of those numbers to try to reach you.

Note:  When Enhanced Call Forwarding is turned on, your Voice phone will not ring! This is true even if your Voice phone number is listed in the Enhanced Call Forwarding phone numbers list.

Turn off Enhanced Call Forwarding whenever you want your Voice phone to ring.

Features of Enhanced Call Forwarding

  • You choose whether EarthLink Voice will call one number at a time, in order, or all the numbers at once.
  • If you choose to have the numbers called in order, you can set how many rings to wait before going on to the next call or voicemail.
  • While waiting for you to pick up, the caller will hear ringing.
