| 1 | Log on to myVoice at http://myvoice.earthlink.net. Click here if you need help logging in. |
| 2 | From the Menu section in the left column, click Features & Preferences. |
| 3 | The page that appears will give a list of different settings. From this page, you will click the Edit link next to Voicemail. |
| 4 | On the screen that appears next, click the Turn on Voicemail radio button. |
| 5 | Choose a number of rings from the Wait for __ rings before sending calls to voicemail pull-down menu. |
| 6 | If desired, check Notify me by email when new voicemails arrive. You can then enter an email address to send the emails to, and choose whether to attach a copy of the message itself to the email. |
| 7 | Click the Record a Greeting button. |
| 8 | Your EarthLink Voice phone will ring. Pick it up and follow the instructions to record a new greeting. |
| 9 | Click Save. Your voicemail should be ready for use. |
