What is Repeat Dialing?

Trying to place a call and keep getting a busy signal? Don't keep dialing. The Repeat Dialing Feature calls you back when the number you're trying is no longer busy.

You can continue to use your EarthLink phone after activating Repeat Dialing. Repeat Dialing will connect your call when both you and the person you were trying to reach are available.

How to Use Repeat Dialing

  1. When you receive a busy signal for the number that is dialed, press #5.
  2. Hang up the phone, or disconnect the call. The system will dial the number for the next 30 minutes.
  3. When the call is connected, your phone will ring alerting you.
