What is Click To Dial?
You can always make a phone call just by picking up your phone and dialing. But from myVoice, it's even easier!
Simply log into myVoice to choose the number you wish to dial and your phone will dial the selected number and ring when it is time for you to pick up.
How to Use Click To Dial
- Log on to myVoice at http://myvoice.earthlink.net.
- From the Latest Voicemail or Latest Call Activity section, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the caller you want to call. You will see a list of options, of which you will choose Dial This Number.
- A dialog box appears showing that the call is in progress and displaying the number that is being dialed. Your EarthLink Voice phone will ring.
- Once the phone is picked up, the number you wished to call will be dialed.
NOTE: If you do not pick up the phone, the call will not be completed.
- To end the call, click Cancel Call, or hang up the phone.
