Summary

What is Call Forwarding?

Enjoy the freedom of leaving home without worrying about missing a call.  Use call forwarding to send incoming calls to any phone number you choose. 

Voicemails will be turned off while calls are being forwarded. In order to activate this service, follow the steps below:

NOTE: Forwarded calls are billed the same as any other outgoing call.

Using Call Forwarding

  1. Log in to myVoice.

  2. From the Menu section, click Features & Preferences. The page that appears will give a list of different settings. You will click the Edit link next to Call Forwarding.



  3. Select Turn on Call Forwarding.


  4. Type in the telephone number you would like the calls to forward to.


  5. Click the Save button. Enter the number you wish to forward your calls to.
