Using Voicemail

If you hear a series of beeps, known as a "stutter tone", when you pick up your phone, you have a voicemail!

To check your voicemail, dial *98 and follow the instructions you hear over the phone. You will need to enter your default Personal Identification Number (PIN) - until you change it, that's the last four digits of your EarthLink phone number found in your Welcome Letter. Calls to *98 will not count towards your monthly usage.
