| 1 | Pick up any phone and dial your local voicemail access phone number (if you are on your home phone, dial *98). If you don't know a local access number, you can look one up on the EarthLink Voice Support page. |
| 2 | Enter your PIN. See KB article 29525 if you don't know your PIN and need to reset it. |
| 3 | Press 4 for Changing your Personal Options |
| 4 | Press 1 to change your Personal Greeting OR Press 6 to change your Other Greetings. |
| 5 | Follow the instructions on how to save the greeting |
| 1 | Log on to myVoice at http://myvoice.earthlink.net. |
| 2 | From the Menu section in the left column, click Features & Preferences. |
| 3 | The page that appears will give a list of different settings. From this page, you will click the Edit link next to Voicemail. |
| 4 | Click the Record a Greeting button. |
| 5 | Your EarthLink Voice phone will ring. Pick it up and follow the instructions to record a new greeting. Related Articles
