There are two different ways to go about changing your voicemail PIN using the telephone or from the myVoice portal. 

 How to Change the Voicemail PIN from a Telephone

Pick up any phone and dial your local voicemail access phone number (if you are on your home phone, dial *98).  

Important: If you don't know a local access number, you can look one up on the EarthLink Voice Support page.

Enter your PIN.

Press 4 for Changing your Personal Options.

Press 2 to Change your PIN.

How to Change the Voicemail PIN from myVoice

Log on to myVoice at http://myvoice.earthlink.net. From the Menu section, click Features & Preferences.

Note: As long as you know your EarthLink email address and password and can log into the myVoice website, you can change your PIN. You do not need to know the current PIN.

The page that appears will give a list of different settings. From this page, you will click the Edit link next to Voicemail.

The Features & Preferences - Voicemail screen will appear. Click the Change Voicemail PIN link to open the Voicemail PIN screen.

Type the PIN you want to use in the Voicemail PIN box, then type it again in the Confirm Voicemail PIN box. (Your PIN must be between 4 and 19 digits.)

Click the Save button.
