Important: If you would like to retrieve the time and date stamp for a particular message, press the star key (*) and 8 after the voice mail has completed.
Accessing Voicemail From a Phone Other Than Your Home Phone
- Dial the local voicemail telephone number.
NOTE: If you do now know a local voicemail access number, click here for a list of the voicemail access numbers.
- Enter your 10 digit trueVoice telephone number.
- Enter the PIN.
- Follow the voice prompts to listen and delete voicemail messages.
- End.
