Switching to Dial Up
Click here to have an on-line Customer Support representative process your request. Have the following information ready:
- Email address and password
- Name on current telephone bill
- Current DSL service phone number
- The date you would like the current service to be disconnected
- NEW phone number
- NEW Address (including zip code)
Fees and Conditions:
If you cancel your EarthLink DSL service within your Initial Term of Service (1-year), you will be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF).
- If you cancel within Month 1-6 you will be charged $90
- If you cancel within Month 7-12 you will be charged $45
PLEASE NOTE: If you are within your 1-year term commitment and choose to relocate your EarthLink DSL service you will be charged a $45 relocation fee.
The standard terms and conditions of your new dial-up or relocated DSL service will apply.
