Summary

EarthLink Dial-Up customers have the ability to view their Call Detail Report online. A Call Detail Report  provides details of the date and time a dial-up connection started and ended. It also documents any simultaneous logins that may have occurred. EarthLink customers find this feature helpful when reconciling any simultaneous usage fees that may be invoiced.

Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available for PeoplePC customers.

EarthLink customers can access MyAccount and follow the instructions below to view their Call Detail Report. MyAccount can be accessed here: https://myaccount.earthlink.net

Once you log into My Account you can click on "My Plan Details" on the left hand side of the page.

Under the “Subscribed Services” section find the access product and click on “Edit”.

To the right of the details you will see an option to “Check Usage". Click on it.

You will then see the “Usage Summary” where you will have the option to  view your “Call Detail Report”.
