Fees and Conditions:
Cable Internet
If you are canceling your EarthLink DSL service within your Initial Term of Service (one year), you will be charged an Early Termination Fee of up to $90.
EarthLink offers High Speed Cable Internet access nationwide. Your cable provider provides a portion of the network that EarthLink High Speed Cable uses to deliver broadband Internet access to your home. EarthLink provides the other portion of the network and all the services. EarthLink has been a leading cable Internet provider (ISP) since 1997. The standard terms and conditions of your new cable service will apply.
Satellite Internet
If you are canceling your EarthLink DSL service within your Initial Term of Service (one year), you will be charged an Early Termination Fee of up to $90.
Satellite Internet access is powered by HughesNet, America's #1 choice for broadband by satellite. You'll get a super-fast, always-on Internet connection via 2-way satellite that won't tie up your phone. Satellite Internet is available nationwide. All you need is a clear view of the southern sky.
Please Note:
1. While EarthLink will assign a local installer to set up your service, installers are not affiliated with EarthLink. We do not determine either the scheduling or the price that the installer will charge you. Should you encounter any problems with your installer, we will gladly assist you in resolving the problem.
2. Even if EarthLink has prequalified you for satellite service, your particular site may not be feasible (for example, if there is an obstruction between the dish and the southern sky.) This can not be determined until the installer arrives at your home, and the installer may charge you for the visit.
