| 1 | Click the Apple Menu and choose System Preferences.

| 2 | Under the Internet and Network section, choose Network.
|
| 3 | On the left menu, select Built-in Ethernet.

| 4 | Enter the DNS of 207.69.188.185 and Domain Name of earthlink.net; then click Apply. |
| 5 | The computer will now be automatically configured for DHCP and will gain an IP address.
