Click Tools and select Menu Bar.

NOTE: In Internet Explorer 8, click Tools, hover over Toolbar, and select Menu Bar.

 

Important: You can also change to the classic menu bar by pressing the ALT key.

The classic menu bar will now display.

There are two ways to enable the Menu bar:

You can either right click in the toolbar area and select Menu bar or

You can press Alt + v, hover over Toolbars, and select Menu bar.
